Shipping overview

Shipping prices and times are determined by the product. Some items are made to order, and some are ready to ship. On each item, you can see a guide for prices & times depending on where you are in the world. In most cases, we use Royal Mail to dispatch.

Most brands ship worldwide. Location of each item, and where it's shipped from will be displayed on each item

Saving on shipping

Ordering multiple items doesn’t have to be expensive. Ordering from the same brand will allow you to order with just 1 postage price. Some brands even offer free shipping if you're spending over a certain amount!

Return Shipping costs

Return shipping is usually covered by the customer. Remember, most of the brands selling on our website are small independent brands, so if you're purchasing to try on a few sizes to return the others, this is quite detrimental to brands. In most cases, the item return shipping will be covered by the brands if the item arrives damaged.

Missing Items / Parcel Not Received Policy

If an item is reported as missing or a parcel is claimed not to have been received, we will carry out an investigation with our courier and internal team. This may include tracking checks, delivery confirmation review, and verification with the courier.

If the investigation confirms that the item was not delivered or has gone missing in transit, we will issue a replacement for the missing item.
Please note that refunds are not provided for missing-item claims; replacements are the only resolution offered. This policy helps protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims while ensuring genuine issues are resolved promptly and fairly.

Theft From Property / Safe-Place Deliveries

If a customer requests that a parcel be left in a designated safe place on their property, the parcel is considered delivered once the courier provides photo evidence or delivery confirmation.

In cases where a customer later reports that a parcel has been stolen from their property, this is treated as a theft. Because a crime has occurred, we require the customer to obtain and provide a valid crime reference number in order for us to proceed with the claim.

Once a crime reference number is provided, we will continue our investigation and, where appropriate, issue a replacement for the stolen item. Refunds are not issued for theft-related claims.
